Background
I have been fortunate to study at several institutions during my university education.
As an undergraduate, I read physics and philosophy at the University of Nottingham. I was awarded a summer studentship at the University of Oxford, where I worked with Dr Becky Smethurst on supermassive black hole growth. I then moved to Durham to study a master's in astrophysics, scientific computing, and data analysis, working with Dr Anna McLeod on interstellar shocks.
